Philippe Friedlich, MD, is the Section Head for Childrens Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) operations within the Division of Neonatal Medicine at the University of Southern California and Medical Director of the Center for Newborn and Infant Critical Care at CHLA.
Dr. Friedlich is board certified in Pediatrics and in Neonatal and Perinatal Medicine. Dr. Friedlich is originally from Belgium and received his medical degree from the University of Southern California in 1992.
He completed his Residency training in Pediatrics at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles in 1995 and a Fellowship in Neonatal and Perinatal Medicine at the Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Children’s and Women's Medical Center in 1998. He joined the USC Division of Neonatal Medicine faculty in 1998 and he is currently an Associate Professor of Pediatrics.
